Professores da Rede Municipal de Ensino comemoraram, hoje (28) em assembleia, mais uma vitória da categoria intermediada pelo sindicato. O Sindicato informou que haverá o pagamento dos retroativos dos processos administrativos que estavam engavetados desde gestões passadas, “é um direito previsto no Plano de Carreira e deve ser cumprido” ressaltou a diretora da APLB, Caroline Moraes. A lista com a relação será publicada no site, facebook e informações também através do telefone do sindicato.
Outro ponto destacado na assembleia foi que o Sindicato aguarda o posicionamento do Governo em relação ao rateio dos 60% dos precatórios do FUNDEF de Jequié para os professores da Rede Municipal, “é preciso que haja uma reunião com o Prefeito e a APLB para que se discuta o rateio dos 60% para os professores”, alertou Caroline.
Como encaminhamento da assembleia, a categoria aprovou por unanimidade a contratação de uma assessoria técnica para acompanhar a adequação do Plano de Cargos e Carreira do Magistério Municipal, uma vez que o Sindicato e a categoria “estão firmes no propósito de nenhum direito a menos’’, relembrou a diretora da APLB.
Ao final, a categoria aprovou uma assembleia especial em 20 de outubro, quando serão apresentadas situações específicas do Sindicato e também uma homenagem aos professores pela passagem do Dia do(a) Professor(a). A categoria entende que é necessário fazer um fundo para adquirir uma sede para o Sindicato, “é preciso abrir mão das festas comemorativas, mas não iremos abrir mão de nos encontrarmos para juntos fortalecermos a nossa luta pela valorização”, finalizou Caroline.
