NOVO DECRETO MUNICIPAL COM MEDIDAS DE CONTENÇÃO DE DESPESAS É PUBLICADO NO DÁRIO OFICIAL DO MUNICÍPIO DE JEQUIÉ E A APLB CONCLAMA QUE ACONTEÇA O DIÁLOGO COM A GESTÃO

NOVO DECRETO MUNICIPAL COM MEDIDAS DE CONTENÇÃO DE DESPESAS É PUBLICADO NO DÁRIO OFICIAL DO MUNICÍPIO DE JEQUIÉ E A APLB CONCLAMA QUE ACONTEÇA O DIÁLOGO COM A GESTÃO

O Prefeito Hassan Andrade Iossef, na nessa quarta-feira (16), autorizou a publicação do Decreto Municipal de Nº 20.793/2020, onde estabelece medidas de controle e redução de despesas com pessoal na Prefeitura Municipal de Jequié. Entre as medidas determinadas, está a de “não promover novas despesas sem que haja discussão ampla com o setor administrativo e financeiro da Prefeitura”.

A APLB – Sindicato de Jequié ver com preocupação essa determinação, pois existem diversos processos administrativos do Magistério Municipal que estão acumulados na Secretaria de Administração e na Procuradoria. Quanto mais tempo demora de se resolver essa situação dos processos administrativos mais cresce o passivo financeiro com relação aos direitos requeridos através dos referidos processos. Também existe uma pauta econômica da categoria de professores que precisa ser discutida com o atual Governo Municipal.

Existe um acordo feito entre a APLB – Sindicato e a Gestão em liberar, preferencialmente, os processos administrativos dos profissionais da educação que estão na lista de aposentandos do IPREJ; daqueles profissionais que solicitaram o Abono de Permanência e de quem apresentar laudo médico atualizado com problemas sérios de saúde. São algumas questões dos diversos pontos que envolvem direitos dos servidores da educação municipal e que precisam ser discutidos em reunião com a entidade representativa dos profissionais da educação.

A Professora Caroline Moraes, Diretora Geral da APLB – Sindicato de Jequié, avalia que é imprescindível a reestruturação da Comissão Permanente de Negociação da Prefeitura, o quanto antes, para que algumas questões referentes a Carreira dos Professores Municipais de Jequié sejam discutidas e encaminhadas. Não podemos permanecer em silêncio, pois somos essenciais a comunidade jequieense no oferecimento do ensino público e não há como deixar de sermos ouvidos através da promoção do diálogo, que é princípio fundamental de uma gestão com perfil democrático.
