A APLB Sindicato propõe aos professores das escolas públicas de Jequié que participem de uma Enquete na página oficial do seu Facebook, onde, nos “Comentários” desta matéria, deverão identificar qual a Rede Pública de Ensino atua e o problema que a sua escola vem enfrentando atualmente.
O ano letivo da Rede Pública de Ensino de Jequié foi iniciado em fevereiro, no dia 11/02 na Rede Estadual e no dia 25/02 na Rede Municipal, e basicamente com trinta dias após o início, muitos problemas refletem o que os estudantes e os profissionais da educação estão enfrentando.
Dentre as dificuldades estão: Infiltrações, rede elétrica com problemas, prédios danificados e sem as adequações necessárias ao bom andamento das atividades pedagógicas, salas de aulas sem climatização em meio ao calor insuportável da cidade, falta de profissionais de apoio e outros profissionais essenciais para a comunidade escolar, número insuficiente de cuidadores para o atendimento educacional especializado, ausência de ações concretas que promovam mais segurança na escola, professores com dificuldades na garantia do Piso Salarial do Magistério e de outros direitos previstos em sua Carreira.
A APLB Sindicato defende que os Sistemas de Ensino Público implementem um planejamento estratégico em defesa da escola pública, no sentido de garantir o direito de aprendizagem aos estudantes e preservar a integridade das pessoas que a compõem.
