Professores da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Jequié fizeram uma manifestação em frente a Secretaria Municipal de Educação, na manhã de hoje (22), para protestar contra o discurso de “reajuste zero” do Governo Municipal, referente ao cumprimento do piso de 2018 e, também, em Defesa do Plano de Carreira do Magistério, por condições de trabalho, mais segurança nas escolas e pelo IPREJ forte.
A Categoria exige a reabertura das negociações com a Comissão Permanente de Negociação (CPN), já que as reuniões que vieram acontecendo desde março, não obtiveram avanços na atualização do Piso Salarial. Os professores reafirmaram que não irão aceitar o reajuste zero, pois estão defendendo um direito já garantido. “Nós temos a Lei do Piso a nosso favor e o Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação – FUNDEB, que esse ano para Jequié é de 57 milhões”, assegurou a vice-diretora da APLB, Angela Menezes.
Segundo a diretora Caroline Moraes, o discurso do Governo “é que a folha de pessoal da Prefeitura de Jequié tem sido muito alta e que com a auditoria na folha pretende-se economizar em torno de três milhões, o que pode significar retrocesso de direitos garantidos”. Ela informou que ainda essa semana haverá uma reunião com os três sindicatos para organizar um movimento unificado e, juntamente com toda a categoria dos servidores municipais, lutarem pelo cumprimento dos direitos já garantidos por Lei.
