Professores da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Jequié deliberaram em assembleia desta terça-feira (10) permanecerem mobilizados até que haja o restabelecimento da gratificação Regência ou Valorização do Magistério. Foi encaminhado ao Prefeito um documento que solicita o processamento de uma folha suplementar para o pagamento de imediato da gratificação aos professores municipais. A categoria também aguarda o posicionamento da reunião com a Comissão Permanente de Negociação – CPN no dia 17, próxima terça-feira.
Conforme dito pelo Prefeito, Sergio Suzarte, em reunião com a CPN no dia 03 de setembro na Prefeitura, será cumprido pelo Governo todas as decisões judiciais. Esse cumprimento influencia fortemente na garantia do direito legal dos estudantes que é o oferecimento dos duzentos dias letivos.
A diretoria do sindicato informou que o Secretário de Educação, Sr Paulo Roberto, convocará a Comissão responsável pela Elaboração do Calendário Escolar Regular e Especial, bem como realizará a atualização da Portaria nº 15 de 26 de junho de 2018, com o objetivo de instituir a Comissão Coordenadora de elaboração, adequação e gestão do Plano de Carreira e Remuneração do Magistério Público do Município de Jequié.
A APLB Sindicato parabenizou os professores pela bonita luta de resistência em defesa da manutenção do seu direito, “agradecemos por acreditar sempre na legalidade da nossa gratificação Regência. Sejamos fortes! A luta ainda não acabou, ela continua!” destacou a diretora geral da APLB, Caroline Moraes.
