O movimento de greve dos professores da Rede Municipal de Jequié iniciou nesta quinta-feira, (15) pela manhã, com uma caminhada da educação que saiu do Centro da cidade e foi até a Prefeitura Municipal onde a atividade se encerrou com um ato de resistência dos professores.
O movimento, liderado pela APLB Sindicato, está sendo coordenado por um Comando de Greve formado por professores efetivos. Eles colocaram seus nomes a disposição em assembleia da categoria, realizada no dia 09/08, onde foi votada por unanimidade a greve para a partir do dia 15/08.
A caminhada da educação contou com a presença e apoio de alguns estudantes, pais, mães, profissionais da APAE de Jequié, representantes da imprensa e do Mandato Popular de Régis Silva. Os professores gritavam palavras de ordem como: “Primeiramente, fora Gameleira”, “Nenhum Direito a Menos”, “O Decreto do Prefeito é ilegal, é imoral”, “Senhor Prefeito, pode escolher, cai o decreto ou cai você”, entre outras.
Na próxima sexta-feira, pela manhã, o Comando de Greve irá se reunir e organizar a agenda de luta para a próxima semana.
