A frase é da letra de funk que viralizou e se popularizou no final de 2017. O refrão se refere à gíria que significa “você está um arraso”. Infelizmente, quando se trata do dia a dia e da violência experimentada por mulheres, adolescentes, professores, educadores e crianças, a realidade é outra. O final não é feliz. A exemplo do que ocorreu em Alexânia, interior de Goiás, em 2017.
Nessa história, não foi um, mas onze tiros. Com uma máscara branca e arma na cintura, o estudante do 9º ano do
ensino fundamental, Misael Pereira Olair, 19 anos, invadiu a escola estadual da cidade, a 90 quilômetros de Goiânia. Estava à procura de Raphaella Noviski, de 16 anos, que, encontrada na última fila da sala, ficou acuada. Ele se aproximou e, a meio metro de distância, deu seis tiros à queima-roupa na estudante. Recarregou a arma e deu mais cinco. Depois, correu para os fundos da escola e fugiu.
A morte, que ocorreu em novembro de 2017, é mais uma que alimenta os altos índices de violência contra a mulher e feminicídio no Brasil. O país registrou, ao menos, oito casos de assassinato de mulheres por dia entre março de 2016 e março de 2017, segundo dados dos ministérios públicos estaduais. No total, foram 2.925 no Brasil, aumento de 8,8% em relação ao ano anterior.
Raphaella foi mais uma jovem que, assediada, recusou as tentativas de aproximação do assassino. Não eram amigos e, mesmo assim, ele se achou no direito de tramar contra a vida da colega de turma. Um crime bárbaro ocorrido num país que há onze anos tem uma lei de combate à violência contra a mulher, a Lei Maria da Penha. Uma Lei que, segundo especialistas, deve ser objeto transformador e educador no combate à violência contra a
mulher.
“Aqui, no Distrito Federal, temos na recomendação número um, do Conselho de Educação do Distrito Federal, no artigo 19, inciso 6, a determinação de que os direitos da mulher e outras questões de gênero sejam ensinadas na educação básica”, reforça Dhara Cristiane de Souza, professora da rede pública de ensino do Distrito Federal, chefedo Núcleo de Atendimento à Diversidade de Gênero e Sexualidade.
A questão é propagar o bem e, como diz a canção, saber amar. Assim, numa iniciativa de divulgação e discussão de temas como as violências contra a mulher, negros, pessoas homossexuais, transgêneras e com deficiência ou fora do padrão, a Confederação Nacional dos Trabalhadores em Educação (CNTE), lançou a campanha “Saber amar é
saber respeitar”.
Por uma escola sem violência
A iniciativa da CNTE surge num momento em que o país enfrenta números alarmantes de agressões entre estudantes, educadores e familiares. Mais de 22,6 mil professores foram ameaçados por alunos e mais de 4,7 mil sofreram atentados à vida nas escolas em que lecionam. Os dados são do questionário da Prova Brasil 2015, aplicado a diretores, alunos e professores do 5º e 9º anos do ensino fundamental de todo o país.
“A violência está nos pequenos detalhes”, afirma Olga Novo, professora da rede pública no DF e doutoranda em Educação. Ela recorda episódio, em outubro de 2017, numa escola do Distrito Federal, quando uma professora da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) ficou ferida após ser agredida por um aluno de 18 anos. O jovem arremessou
uma cadeira contra a mulher, ao ser notificado de uma suspensão.
A suspensão teria sido motivada porque o aluno usava um boné, contrariando as normas da escola. A professora pediu que o aluno retirasse o objeto e, diante da negativa, se dirigiu à direção. Quando voltou para a sala de aula, foi agredida pelo estudante. A professora, que dá aulas de Matemática e Ciências, teve ferimentos no braço e no tórax.
“É uma agressão que vai além”, avalia Olga. Ela chama a atenção para o fato de que a escola hoje é um ambiente de total diversidade e que precisa se adaptar às diferenças. “No fim da década de 1990, o governo universalizou o acesso. Hoje, temos mais ou menos 98% das crianças e jovens na escola, o que não significa que estejam frequentando e aprendendo. A gente garantiu o direito à matrícula, agora precisamos garantir a permanência, com ensino de qualidade”, explica.
Assim, a campanha da CNTE chega em momento de necessidade de valorização das relações interpessoais,
do respeito, da ética, da diversidade, do cuidado e da segurança no ambiente escolar. O foco é trabalhar o conhecimento e a afetividade juntos, como aliados dos processos de não-violência. “Não conversar apenas sobre homem e mulher, mas a respeito das diferenças e os diversos aspectos como empoderamento, sexualidade,
mulher negra e religião. Isso diminui a perspectiva da violência dentro e fora da escola”, acredita Dhara.
A ideia é clarificar para os próprios educadores que, a partir do momento em que se compreende que a violência existe, é possível diminuir a incidência. “Interferindo e quebrando um sistema patriarcal”, aposta. “Quando uma estudante se veste com uma roupa curta, não significa que seja piriguete. Não é a roupa que faz alguém piriguete,
mas o caráter. O caráter está acima da roupa”, alerta a educadora.
Funk do desrespeito
Na campanha da CNTE, o personagem principal, o “Gentil”, tem o aspecto de um jovem com toda a roupagem e estereótipo de um rapaz bruto e machista. Entretanto, como seu próprio nome diz, ele é gentil! E combate, por exemplo, a cultura do estupro. Ele diz: “respeita as minas”. Na linguagem do próprio adolescente, alerta e procura fazer compreender que ao consumir músicas que depreciam a mulher e disseminar vídeos, imagens, comentários
agressivos, o jovem está contribuindo para que a objetificação da mulher seja reforçada.
Um posicionamento absolutamente atual. No início de 2018, o Brasil registrou um triste exemplo dessa cultura: o funk “Só Surubinha de Leve”, de autoria do Mc Diguinho, trouxe o verso “Taca bebida, depois taca pica e abandona na rua”. Considerada uma apologia ao estupro, a música sofreu uma forte rejeição do público, sobretudo de feministas.
Após receber um abaixo-assinado com centenas de reclamações, a rede de compartilhamentos de música Spotify decidiu retirar o funk de seu catálogo. A canção gerou uma nota de repúdio da Secretaria Nacional de Política para Mulheres e o Conselho Nacional dos Direitos da Mulher.
A nota ressalta que, apesar de música ser uma manifestação cultural legítima, “não pode ser ferramenta incentivadora de crime, sendo necessária a tomada de providências legais pelo Ministério Público Federal e ao Fórum Nacional de Juízes de Violência Doméstica e Familiar Contra a Mulher (FONAVID) contra
autores, intérpretes e divulgadores”, diz o texto que pede a apuração e a responsabilização quanto aos possí-
veis crimes praticados.
A investida sexual sem o consentimento da mulher, ou em qualquer circunstância que lhe provoque perda de consciência, caracteriza violência sexual e pelo novo código penal é enquadrado no crime de estupro e crime de estupro de vulnerável, respectivamente.
#Paratudo
Com a tecnologia, o desrespeito e a agressão ganharam um universo que, apesar de virtual, é bem real. Na Internet, hashtags como #meucorponãoépúblico, #Assédio, #Estupro, #MexeuComUmaMexeuComTodas e #JuntosContraoAbusoSexual configuram-se como manifestações contra as investidas.
Levantamento sobre os temas estupro, assédio, abuso sexual e violência sexual na web, chama a atenção. Pesquisa feita com ferramenta Scupsocial sobre o tema violência contra as mulheres na web revelou que a raiva foi maior do que o medo nas manifestações virtuais de femininas. Vergonha foi uma das palavras que mais apareceram no monitoramento.
Elas são maioria quando o assunto é violência e desrespeito. Segundo a Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), 73% já sofreram algum tipo de violência no espaço virtual, que se manifesta nas instâncias do espaço digital, em todos os idiomas. As mulheres, ainda segundo a ONU, têm 27 vezes mais chances de sofrer assédio virtual na comparação com homens.
De acordo com a campanha “Compromisso e Atitude pela Lei Maria da Penha – A lei é mais forte”, são elas as mais perseguidas e ofendidas com xingamentos de teor sexual (“vagabunda”, “vadia”, “puta”), com relação à aparência (“feia”, “gorda”) e com ameaças envolvendo crimes como estupro e morte. A campanha é desenvolvida em cooperação entre o Poder Judiciário, o Ministério Público, a Defensoria Pública e o Governo Federal, por meio da Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres da Presidência da República e o Ministério da Justiça.
Meditação
No município de Vespasiano, em Minas Gerais, a professora Luana Tolentino, da Escola Pública José Silva, apostou em uma prática milenar no combate à violência e à agitação em sala de aula: a meditação. Em uma turma de alunos
“tachados” de excluídos, duas vezes por semana, antes de iniciar as atividades do dia, ela conversa com os estudantes sobre a importância deles na vida e habilidades e avanços que apresentam. “Depois, iniciamos a meditação. Inicialmente, eram três minutos. Depois cinco. A pedido deles, passamos para dez”, comemora.
Segundo ela, os resultados “são impressionantes”. Os alunos estão mais concentrados, brigam menos e respeitam mais. “A meditação deixa as pessoas mais tranquilas, serenas e felizes. Automaticamente, as mudanças impactam
no comportamento e no relacionamento com o outro. Não tive mais problemas com brigas, como também não foi necessário puni-los com castigos, que também vejo como uma forma de violência”, relata feliz.
Mirem-se no exemplo daquelas mulheres…
“Pude notar a mudança de comportamento nos alunos, principalmente nas meninas, que sofreram bullying por causa do cabelo ou da raça, na escola, na rua. Os meninos passaram a respeitar e a valorizar mais as mulheres”.
O relato é de um professor de escola pública do Distrito Federal e se refere ao impacto que um projeto implantado na rede de ensino do DF em 2015 causou na vida de alunos e professores. O nome do projeto? “Mulheres inspiradoras”! O título não podia ser mais ‘inspirador’. Afinal, desde que foi idealizado pela professora Gina Vieira Ponte, ele tem desconstruído paradigmas sobre os padrões baseados em referenciais masculinos impostos pela mídia.
O projeto surgiu a partir do desconforto da professora ao assistir a um vídeo de uma aluna de 13 anos, em uma rede social, dançando funk. Nele, a música era de apelo erótico e depreciava a figura da mulher. Além disso, a roupa e a coreografia da menina corroboravam com a letra.
“Aquele vídeo levou a professora Gina a refletir sobre as imagens e os padrões repassados para as mulheres
desde pequenas”, recorda-se Juliana Dias a professora da Universidade de Brasília (UnB) e parceira da professora Gina no “Projeto Mulheres Inspiradoras (PMI)”. Juliana foi orientadora de Gina no TCC baseado no projeto.
O projeto consiste na leitura de seis obras escritas por mulheres: O diário de Anne Frank; Eu sou Malala; Quarto de despejo – diário de uma favelada; Não vou mais lavar os pratos; Espelhos miradouros, dialéticas da percepção e Só por hoje vou deixar o meu cabelo em paz. São também estudadas biografias de Anne Frank, Carolina Maria de
Jesus, Cora Coralina, Irena Sendler, Lygia Fagundes Telles, Malla , Maria da Penha Fernandes, Nise da Silveira,
Rosa Parks e Zilda Arns.
A chave é a valorização O foco é mostrar o impacto social que mulheres podem proporcionar na vida das pessoas, principalmente estudantes. Os alunos são levados a ler as obras e, posteriormente, produzirem dissertações sobre uma mulher inspiradora para eles. “Esse é o pulo do gato. O projeto trata da essência da história de cada um. De
onde viemos? Quem são as mulheres da nossa vida? Qual a história delas?”, emociona-se Juliana.
Ela conta que o impacto na vida de professores e alunos foi visível. Os próprios educadores passaram a perceber que eles mesmos se ressentiam da falta deste olhar para a história feminina de cada um. Depoimentos presentes em relatório feito pela UnB sobre o projeto revelam as consequências sobre os educadores: “fiquei mais próxima deles (dos alunos), conhecendo um pouco mais a vida de cada um, de cada família e isso é muito satisfatório porque
normalmente não consigo ter essa vivência na escola”, diz um relato.
O projeto contribuiu para uma formação de professores com base na concepção de docentes como intelectuais
transformadores, que adotam metodologias ativas para a promoção de uma educação democrática, transformadora e humanizada.
Incentivadas em seu protagonismo, as alunas se sentiram valorizadas e todos descobriram o quão rica é a história das mulheres de suas famílias e, assim, perceberam a importância da mulher na vida de cada um. Consequentemente, os meninos passaram a valorizar suas colegas de turma. “Era visível o impacto forte nas escolas, sobre os meninos principalmente”, afirma Juliana
Ao avaliar os efeitos do “Mulheres Inspiradoras” sobre os estudantes relatos de professores demonstraram que “no início havia sempre questionamentos sobre o foco do projeto ser na figura da mulher” e que havia inclusive “aqueles com aversão ao ‘feminismo’, especialmente motivados pela ideia do senso comum de que o movimento era contra os homens”.
Juliana se recorda que os relatos dos meninos chegavam a demonstrar o quanto eles se viam assustados com o efeito das reflexões sobre si mesmos. “Eles mudam o olhar para as mulheres e muitos diziam: agora eu entendo que aquilo que eu fazia era machismo”, explica Juliana.
Em 2017, o projeto chegou a 15 escolas da rede pública do Distrito Federal (DF). A proposta de ampliação surgiu a partir de uma parceria estabelecida entre o GDF – por meio da Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal (SEEDF) e do Centro de Aperfeiçoamento dos Profissionais de Educação (EAPE) –, a CAF e a Organização dos Estados Ibero-Americanos para a Educação, a Ciência e a Cultura (OEI).
A Universidade de Brasília (UnB) tem apoiado a iniciativa com a realização de avaliações qualitativas da aplicação-piloto do programa, “O programa é muito bonito porque ele abre o olhar e pudemos ver estudantes surpresos por não conhecerem nem imaginarem a história do sofrimento da avó, por exemplo. Isso, sem contar que o PMI trabalha o empoderamento da juventude e os alunos percebem que alguém quer conhecer a história deles”, conclui Juliana.
